The Article is an original creation, has not been previously published in whole or in part and that it contain no matter which is in any way unlawful or infringes on any proprietary rights of any person or entity. The authors agree to indemnify and hold the Weed & Turfgrass Science harmless against any claim instituted as a result of a breach of any of these warranties.
